Javier Morell joined the PartsSource team in May of 2026 as President Service Solutions, with ownership over the PartsSource multi-year business-unit strategy, P&L, pricing, supply chain network and service operations delivery.

Javier has over 25 years of experience building and scaling global multi-vendor service organizations. Most notably, he built a global $300M+ lab services business for complex multi-site enterprises, delivering sustained high growth and best in class operations while integrating multiple acquisitions

Javier holds a Ph.D. In Behavioral Neurobiology from Duke University.
