Chief Customer OfficerBrad joined PartsSource in May 2024 as Chief Customer Officer. Prior to PartsSource, Brad was the Chief Customer Officer at Nuvolo where he was instrumental in building new organizational capabilities, customer relationships, and partner relationships to help customers make their digital transformation visions a reality. Brad was accountable for Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology and Delivery Partners, Technical Account Management and Customer Enablement.
Before joining Nuvolo, Brad was part of other successful software organizations. He has over 14 years of experience across multiple industries in working with customers to transform their organizations by leveraging technology. Before getting started in technology, Brad worked for 7 years in various Healthcare Administration roles.
Brad holds a Master’s Degree in Big Data and Predictive Analytics and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional, Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
