A Seat at the Table: Ensuring Clinical Engineering is Elevated in Your Facility

As part of the PartsSource Executive Webinar series, F. Mike Busdicker joined us to outline how HTM leaders need to get out of their comfort zones, accept new challenges, and gain knowledge of all the issues facing organizations and healthcare as a whole. Leaders in Clinical Engineering and HTM are expected to meet quality goals and maintain all medical equipment while being challenged to manage large-scale projects within their organizations. However, these leaders are often left out of the decision-making process on these larger projects. Mike provides insight and strategy to ensure the HTM department comes out of the basement to be more than just “the department that fixes equipment.”
